Propane Tank Installation Process

1. Initial Call
Call our office and provide our staff with your name, address, and any additional information needed to begin the process.

2. Site Evaluation
We’ll schedule a site visit to evaluate the tank location and identify any obstacles or special circumstances for the installation.

3. Installation Scheduling
Once the evaluation is complete, we’ll schedule your installation—typically within 1–2 weeks, depending on demand and weather conditions.

Service lines to your home, generator, or pool are usually installed the same day but can be completed later if necessary.

4. Tank Fill-Up
In most cases, our driver will fill the propane tank the same day as installation. Underground tanks should be filled promptly after installation to help prevent shifting or flotation during heavy rain conditions.

5. Final Hookup & Safety Inspection
Gas service may be activated the same day if the system and appliances are ready for inspection and operation. During this visit, we will:

• Perform a final safety inspection

• Complete all required documentation

• Hook up and convert necessary appliances

• Answer any additional questions you may have
