Will-Call Propane Delivery
Want to continue ordering and scheduling your propane deliveries yourself? No problem! Will-call delivery allows you to request a delivery whenever you need one.
As a will-call customer, you are responsible for monitoring your propane tank level and contacting us to schedule a refill.
Important reminders for Will-Call Service
Check your propane tank gauge regularly
Always place your delivery request when the gauge reads 30% or lower
Waiting too long may result in running out of propane
The minimum delivery amount is 125 gallons
If your propane tank runs completely empty, state and safety regulations require a leak test before service can be restored. These requirements come from NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) safety codes, which are enforced by the Railroad Commission.
Because of this:
A leak test must be performed before propane can be reintroduced
There is a small charge for this required safety service
Delivery may be delayed until the test is completed
This is not optional — it is required to ensure your system is safe before propane is turned back on.
Will-call delivery works well for customers who closely monitor their tank levels. However, automatic delivery removes the risk of running out, avoids required leak tests, and eliminates the need to track your gauge or schedule deliveries yourself.
Automatic delivery is the easiest way to keep your tank filled and take the worry out of propane service.
