Tank Monitor Policies
To ensure reliable service and accurate tank monitoring, the following policies apply to all monitored propane tanks:
• Propane deliveries may only be provided by Fayetteville Propane while a tank monitor is installed and active on the tank.
• Customers may not remove, disconnect, tamper with, damage, relocate, or physically alter the tank monitor or its equipment in any way.
• Customer accounts must remain in good standing to maintain monitoring service and automatic delivery eligibility.
• Customers are responsible for notifying Fayetteville Propane of any changes in property ownership, occupancy, or propane usage that may affect service.
• Tank monitors remain the property of Fayetteville Propane and must be returned upon termination of service if requested.
• Monitoring service availability may depend on cellular signal strength and network coverage in the service area.
• Fayetteville Propane is not responsible for interruptions in monitoring caused by cellular outages, power interruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers should continue to periodically check tank levels and equipment condition, even while enrolled in monitoring service.
• Unauthorized propane fills from another supplier may result in removal of the tank monitor and/or termination of monitoring service.
